Python Job: Windows Engineer - Active Directory - Powershell

Windows Engineer - Active Directory / Powershell vacancy requiring profound Microsoft PKI and Active Directory knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Managing core Windows Server infrastructure services including security hardening, automated deployment, patching and lifecycle management
• Implementing and maintaining Microsoft Directory Services like AD, AAD, ADConnect, GPO and LDAP
• Upgrading, patching and providing general lifecycle management for core PKI services like Microsoft Certificate Services, Azure Key Vaults and Public Certificate services
• Facilitating Agile and DevOps practices within Infrastructure and Operations

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience with building, configuring and maintaining Microsoft based solutions including Windows Server, Directory Services, Active Directory GPO, Azure Directory Sync and Health services, Azure Enterprise Applications and Azure Authentication standards
• Proven performance history with Public Key Infrastructure, specifically based on Microsoft Certificate Services
• Hands-on competency with scripting languages like PowerShell and Python
• Strong understanding of Windows security features and experience in operating system hardening
• Profound knowledge of Firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, Zero Trust, networks and network zoning

Your soft skills:

• Ability to learn and adopt emerging trends and technologies, across vendors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
